Disability grants and schemes

There are organisations and charities that offer grants and funding, to support children and their family with special educational needs and disabilities.

Some examples of grants that your child may be able to apply for or find further information include:

• The Disability Grants organisation holds a database covering the various grants that are available for children and adults and for parents and carers
• The Family Fund charity provides grants for families raising children or young people with a disability or serious health condition
• The CEA card is a card that helps a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema
