Complaints, compliments and feedback for health services

If you have any concerns about the health service that you have received, in the first instance try and speak to the manager of that service as soon as possible. They will work with you to try and find a solution.

Integrated Care Board for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire

Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) commission the health services across Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and is committed to providing services in the local area that meet and exceed expectations.

Children Community Health Partnership (CCHP)

CCHP services are provided by Sirona care & health, Bristol Community Health and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health NHS Trust, University Hospital Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Barnardo's and Off the Record.

They have a commitment to take any queries seriously and will treat you with respect.

Sirona care & health provides adult community health and children’s services in South Gloucestershire. If you have any concerns, you can share your experiences on Sirona’s website  

Hospitals

Where you make a complaint or give feedback on the service you have received by a hospital will depend on who runs it.

University Hospitals Bristol  (including the Children’s Hospital) have a patient support and complaints service.

Hospitals run by North Bristol Trust have an advice and complaints team.

If you are a carer and feel you need some support in hospital, you may find contacting the Carers Liaison Service helpful. Find further information about their service and how they can help on the Carers Support Centre website.

Healthwatch

Healthwatch listens and engages with people who use Health and Social Care Services in South Gloucestershire to help improve the design and delivery of services now and in the future. Healthwatch champions the consumer interest of all those who use health and social care services.
