ASDAN short course awards

What are ASDAN Short Course Awards

The ASDAN Short Course Awards are aimed at 13 to 19 year olds.

There are over 30 different courses to choose from covering a wide range of subjects including animal care, sports and fitness, computing, maths, English, hair and beauty and citizenship.

The courses are activity based programmes aimed at developing a large range of skills.

Why do an ASDAN award

  • It is fun!
  • Recognises and rewards your achievements
  • Helps you develop a range of skills
  • Looks great on your CV
  • Develops your knowledge on your chosen course

How long does it take

You can spend between 10 and 60 hours on your award, it is up to you. For every 10 hours you spend on activities, you are awarded one credit. The length of time it takes to complete the award depends on how much time you can spend on it each week and how many credits you want to achieve.

How to get involved
